A raiz do problema pode estar fora ou dentro do mimoLive. Para localizar esses problemas, pode ser \u00fatil para a nossa equipa de desenvolvimento obter um registo que contenha mensagens dessa \u00e1rea espec\u00edfica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eis como recolher essas mensagens:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Na barra de menus <strong>Clique na op\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> o menu `mimoLive` e selecione `Prefer\u00eancias de Depura\u00e7\u00e3o...`. Se o mimoLive tiver problemas de \u00e1udio, seleccione `Debug Output` no menu pop-up Audio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><i>*<\/i>Para outros diagn\u00f3sticos que n\u00e3o o \u00e1udio, pode ser necess\u00e1rio recolher mensagens de registo diferentes de apenas \"\u00c1udio\". Isto significa que apenas os avisos reais e mensagens de erro s\u00e3o registados e o mimoLive pode funcionar sem problemas se n\u00e3o houver problemas.<br>Se selecionar op\u00e7\u00f5es de depura\u00e7\u00e3o diferentes, haver\u00e1 mais registos que podem resultar em falhas no processamento de v\u00eddeo ou \u00e1udio. Por isso, \u00e9 importante voltar a colocar o modo de depura\u00e7\u00e3o em \"Default\" (Predefini\u00e7\u00e3o) quando terminar a sess\u00e3o de diagn\u00f3stico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Sair do mimoLive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Para recolher o registo de sa\u00edda, abra a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o Console da Apple. Depois de lan\u00e7ar a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o Console, aparecer\u00e1 uma janela que mostra as mensagens de registo do seu sistema. Adicione \"mimoLive\" ao campo de texto do filtro de pesquisa no canto superior direito da janela do aplicativo e pressione Enter. \u00c0 esquerda do termo de pesquisa pode tamb\u00e9m abrir o pequeno menu pop-up de etiquetas e selecionar `Process` em vez de `Any`. Inicie o mimoLive novamente e reproduza o problema para o qual pretende recolher informa\u00e7\u00f5es de depura\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Aguarde um pouco para se certificar de que as mensagens de registo relevantes podem ser produzidas. Carrega em \"command-C\" para copiar todas as linhas para o quadro de colagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11.
