### Learn mimoLive in a private online session with a Boinx support engineer. A session is 45 minutes online. You share your screen over Zoom, and your coach works with you on your own Mac, in your own mimoLive document, on the questions that matter to you.

#### Prepare for Your Session

Book Your Session

Add the coaching session to your cart and complete the checkout. Payment is handled by FastSpring, our reseller.

Look for the Scheduling Email

After your purchase, you receive an email with a link to pick a date and time for your session. If it does not show up, check your spam folder or contact

support@boinx.com

Pick a Date and Time

Open the link and choose a slot that suits you. The session is 45 minutes, so pick a time when you can sit at your Mac without interruptions.

Look for the Zoom Invitation

Once your slot is booked, you receive a confirmation email with the link to the Zoom meeting. Keep it handy for the day of your session.

Download Zoom

Install the free Zoom Workplace app for Mac from

zoom.us/download

. You do not need a Zoom account to join the session.

Grant Zoom the Right Permissions

Open System Settings, go to Privacy & Security and allow Zoom under Screen & System Audio Recording, so your coach can see your screen. Then enable Zoom under Accessibility. This lets the support engineer take control of your Mac when you hand it over, which is the fastest way to fix a setting together. Zoom asks for these the first time you share your screen, so it is best to do this before the session. See

Join the Meeting

At the booked time, open the Zoom link from your confirmation email. Have mimoLive and your project open, and we start right away. We look forward to meeting you.
