**Presenter 2D Layer in mimoLive**

The **Presenter 2D Layer** in mimoLive allows you to create professional presentations by combining two sources, such as a speaker and presentation content, into one layout. This layer is ideal for webinars, training videos, or broadcasts that require both a presenter and supporting visuals.

### **Key Features**

**Dual Source Display**

This layer lets you display **two sources** simultaneously, with one acting as the main content (e.g., a screen recording) and the other being a presenter (e.g., a webcam feed). Both sources can be shown side-by-side or in different layouts.

**A/B Transition**

You can smoothly switch between **Source A (presenter)** and **B (screen content)** or display both together, with the ability to apply transitions such as **Dissolve** for a polished look.

**Motion Detection**

If enabled, the layer can detect motion from the presenter, automatically switching to the presenter when motion is detected, making the presentation more dynamic.

**Aspect Ratio Control**

The layer allows you to adjust the **aspect ratio** for both sources to ensure they fit the screen properly without distortion or cropping.

**Custom Layouts**

You can configure the layout of the two sources, adjusting the **position**, scale, and margins of each, or apply **backgrounds** to improve visibility and presentation quality.

### User Interface

**Source Selection**

In the **Content** section, you can choose the two sources for the presentation (e.g., a screen recording and a webcam).

You can also control whether to display **A**, **B**, or **A and B** together using manual controls or keyboard shortcuts.

**A/B Transition**

Set a transition between the two sources using effects such as **Dissolve**.

Adjust the **transition duration** to control the smoothness of the switch between sources.

**Layout and Geometry**

Adjust the **position** and **scale** of each source.

Set margins, insets, and cropping for each source to control how they appear in the final layout.

**Background**

You can add a custom background to frame the presentation, giving a professional look that separates the presenter from the content.

### Example Uses

**Webinars**

Use the Presenter 2D Layer to display a presenter explaining content while showing their slides or a screen recording alongside them.

**Training Videos**

The layer is perfect for tutorials where the speaker demonstrates actions on screen while providing live commentary.

**News Broadcasts**

Show a news anchor or reporter speaking while simultaneously displaying news clips or graphics.

The **Presenter 2D Layer** gives you the ability to present information in a professional and visually engaging way, allowing your audience to focus on both the presenter and the content being discussed.
