Building Your Own mimoLive® NDI-In-A-Box
One of the most exciting aspects of the mimoLive® NDI-In-A-Box is that it’s built using off-the-shelf components. We’re currently designing the next iteration with a slightly different case and plan to offer an online workshop to help you build your own. Here’s a look at what you’ll need:

• PoE Network Switch and Wireless Router: A Netgear M4250 with 8 PoE Gigabit ports for handling NDI HX cameras, paired with a Slate AX mobile router for internet access and network services.
• Thunderbolt Dock: Provides a single-cable connection for Ethernet, HDMI display, audio monitoring, and power to your laptop.
• 19-Inch Panel: A strain-relief panel for easy access to network switch and dock connectors.
• Laptop for Video Production: Works best with a Mac running mimoLive, but also compatible with Windows laptops and other live production software that supports NDI.
• iPad for Remote Control Surface: Use the mimoLive® Remote Control Surface to manage your production seamlessly.
