This app allows you to bring up photos, videos, titles, and scrolling banner text – everything layered over the camera live feed. If you vlog and want to step up to the next level, you can stream a live show with pre-recorded videos, music, photos, and live introduction.
You can also record in-app, or present to an external screen.
Additionally, the app is also the video conference call-in interface (mimoCall™) for the big sister mimoLive™ for Mac and integrates your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch into your live video workflow.
The live video workflow with mimoLive follows four major steps. First, capture your video footage using any given camera. Followed by the second step, the input into the computer. Conventional using professional graphic cards, externs SDI / HDMI Converter, and more recently NDI® 4 camcorders. Today we believe in the future of the network standard NDI® 4, that’s why it is our recommendation to you to check if NDI® 4 delivers good results for your sort of live video stream.
Once the video streams are coming into your Mac – it’s time for mimoLive™ to take over encoding, switching video streams, adding graphics, and decoding the final stream. This is the third major workflow step for the director of the show. We empower video producers to control comprehensive live shows by small teams.
Finally, mimoLive uses several presets for the major streaming platforms to simplify your work life, and to make the fourth step of your workflow as easy as possible.
mimoLive Reporter™ enables you to spice up your streams with logos and text. Add sponsors or your own logo to show your audience what you are standing for. Bring up photos and videos to create openers, hype videos, and commercials.
The app works as the video call-in interface (mimoCall™) for the big sister mimoLive™ for Mac and integrates your iPhone, and iPad into your live stream workflow. This free feature allows you to simply include the video and audio feed from any mobile iOS device into your live show. Record and stream a podcast, live show, interviews, reporting live from a scene, or use an iPhone as a handheld camera for your show.
One more thing – your camera operator will love the feedback live feed he gets from mimoLive’s main output in real-time. By this, he can see instantly if his camera is on-air or not.
