One of the key benefits of mimoLive’s video feeds and graphics as a layered concept is the flexibility it offers. By separating different elements of the production process into distinct layers, users have greater control over how their final output looks. For example, if a user wants to add a lower third graphic with a specific font and background, they can easily do so by adding a new layer and adjusting the settings. This layered approach also allows for easy repositioning, resizing, and manipulation of elements on the fly, which can be particularly useful in live productions where time is of the essence.
Additionally, mimoLive’s layering system makes it easy to switch between different layouts or scenes, as users can save different layer configurations as layer sets and variants to quickly switch between them with the click of a button.
Overall, the layered concept of mimoLive’s video feeds and graphics provides users with greater control, flexibility, and efficiency in producing high-quality video content.
mimoLive handles streaming and recording as separate output destinations. You can add and edit various destinations to your needs. Choose Video: Program Output to record your live show or any incoming video source for a clean bypass recording.
For ISO recording of a single source like a microphone, a mimoCall, or video camera, choose the source from Video and Audio drop-down.
For every recording, you can set video format, compression, filename, and destination.
The Virtual Camera Plugin simulates the existence of a webcam and takes any input like pictures, pre-recorded videos or edited live videos from cameras.
1. Use mimoLive to add a logo layer to your webcam video and use the virtual camera plugin as the video output.
2. Change the video source of the conference software to the virtual camera and this will send the modified video to the video call
