Mask and Overlay filter

Table of Contents

The Mask and Overlay filter is a versatile tool that allows you to make certain areas of your video transparent, as well as add an overlay image. To define which parts of the resulting image should be transparent, the filter uses a Mask image: black represents full transparency, white means full opacity, and grey shades result in varying levels of transparency. The Overlay image is then placed on top of the masked video image, though it’s important to note that this may further alter the transparency of the image.

The default setting is meant for a kiss cam.
