Studios, Broadcasters, Integrators and Innovators:What do you want to do today?

Professionals building advanced, automated or branded video systems, where mimoLive is a component you design around rather than the interface your users see.
Broadcast graphics

Design and play out professional lower thirds, tickers, overlays and more.

Visual radio

Enhance audio broadcasts with dynamic camera switching and on screen branding.

Automation and custom studio workflows

Automate repetitive production tasks or create entirely bespoke setups.

Remote production and REMI setups

Centralize multi location productions with remote sources and remote control.

Automated scheduled broadcasts and 24/7 streams

Run continuous or looping content for signage and channels.

AR and virtual set productions

Combine real presenters with virtual environments and motion graphics.

Why mimoLiveis a core to build on.

HTTP API

Every layer, variant, source and output destination can be read and driven over HTTP, so another system, a hardware panel or your own application can run the show.

mimoLive becomes a component in your architecture instead of an application somebody has to sit in front of.
Remote control surfaces

You design the operator interface yourself, one panel for each role, and it runs in any browser. The One Button Studio is exactly this: mimoLive runs everything and the user never sees it.

You can ship a product with your own interface on the front and mimoLive doing the work behind it.
Automation layer

Trigger sequences from the clock, from data or from external events, switch cameras automatically and update graphics from a live feed.

Shows that used to need an operator for every hour on air now run to a schedule.
NDI and remote production

Sources and return feeds move between sites over the network and control travels with them, so the production can sit wherever the operators are.

One control room covers venues it never has to travel to.
Layer based graphics engine

Build a branded graphics package from layers, including 3D text, data graphs, virtual sets and chroma keyed compositing, then reuse it across every show you run.

No external character generator, and no waiting on another vendor to change a colour.
Blackmagic SDI and HDMI playout

mimoLive implements the Blackmagic Design API, so program and clean feeds go out to DeckLink hardware alongside the NDI and streaming outputs.

It drops into the broadcast infrastructure you already own instead of asking you to replace it.

What Mac do you need?

Any current Mac runs mimoLive. What it needs depends on what you ask of it: how many cameras, how heavy the graphics, how many streams and recordings at once. These are real setups you can copy, and what Mac do I need walks through the sizing.

What does it cost?

Every plan has the full feature set. The free one puts a watermark on your output and the paid plans take it off, so you can build the whole show before you decide.

Free No charge The full application, with a watermark
Studio 79,00 €/month or 790,00 € a year
Broadcast 225,00 €/month or 2.250,00 € a year

Why Lower Thirds increase the quality of your live video stream

The Lower Third layer is a graphic overlay. It works for your live stream in several ways. A Lower Third is used to display the name of the person speaking, location or any context based information.
Visual elements in your lower thirds make your streams look more polished and professional – giving you a better chance of impressing your audience.

Understanding Green Screen

A green screen lets you drop in whatever background images behind the subject when the desired background isn’t available—like a fictional, alien, historic, futuristic, or even just hard-to-access location. The green screen singles out the selected color (usually green) and digitally removes it by rendering it transparent. This lets the other image show through.

Build it on mimoLiveFree, on your own Mac.

mimoLive is free to download and test on any Mac with macOS 13 or newer, and the HTTP API is open the moment you install it. Prototype the system you have in mind this week. The One Button Studio shows how far that idea can be taken.
